Account Deletion — Cash Cage

You can delete your Cash Cage account at any time directly from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — no data is retained after your account is removed.

Before you proceed

Account deletion is irreversible. All game history, player data, and account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Cash Cage app on your device.
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account.
Follow the 2-step confirmation to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

Your account profile (display name, email address)
All game sessions and history
All player records and transaction data
All data stored in Firebase and Firestore

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account:

iOS: Cancel through App Store → Subscriptions.
Android: Cancel through Google Play → Subscriptions.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance deleting your account, contact us and we will process the deletion manually.
